Prologue Profiles is a podcast series featuring inspiring interviews with passionate people pursuing their career dreams.
My intention is to inspire others by providing examples of people going after what they love.
I have 30 episodes and counting. Guests include entrepreneurs and artists across a range of industries such technology, fashion, and personal development.
I created Prologue Profiles after recovering from a quarter-life crisis.
In 2011 I quit my corporate job in NYC and joined Teach For America in the Mississippi Delta. I wanted my work to help people. It turned out I was in over my head and left before the school year started. In the fall of 2011 I found myself living at home with my mom and without a plan. I was confused and depressed.
I eventually realized that I'm not the only one confused about what to do with my life. In fact, it's quite common. At the same time, I have friends who are taking risks, starting businesses and finding some success. Their stories could be informative and inspiring to people like me trying to figure things out. On April 29, 2012 I released the first episode.
